Like its older famous sibling Cambozola, this Brie is an unusually creamy type of Brie from Kaeserei Champignon in Bavaria. The green peppercorns from Madagaskar give it a nice tangy twist without being overpowering.
What with? On a warm piece of toast this cheese will disappear fast. Some cornichons and cocktail tomatoes along side and a bottle of Bordeaux – perfect!
