This pure white semi-firm goat’s cheese is moist and crumbly with a mild nuttiness and just a hint of lemon. Unlike many other goat’s cheeses it’s mild and low in acidity. We’re talking a lovely delicate cream with a slight tang, which makes for a seriously delicious mouthful. One nibble and you’re completely nobbled.
