Sister cheese to the wonderful Lanark Blue, Lanark White is a very moreish smooth sheep’s milk cheese with nutty sweet flavours and a hint of lemon.

Matured for six months in muslin in stone buildings that give it lovely moistness, Lanark White is made with the spring and summer milk of the ewes, so it may not be available over winter.

What with Absolutely perfect with oatcakes and a wee dram.
